General
Malvavisco is administration software for remote lodges. Bookings, the calendar, activities with guides and assets, the kitchen and bar, payments and reports live in one staff app.
Owners and managers of fishing lodges, hunting lodges and outfitters, guest and dude ranches, and eco or remote lodges across the Americas.
Hotel systems are built to sell rooms. Malvavisco is built around the whole stay: rooms, guided days, boats and horses, included meals and the bar, all on one booking.
There is no public price list yet. Request a demo and we will quote for the size of your lodge.
Features and operations
A booking can hold rooms for the whole stay or night by night. Staff place holds, confirm, check guests in and out, and set deposit and cancellation policies with a payment schedule.
Activities are sold on the booking, then scheduled with a guide and the boats, horses or vehicles they need. Guide skills and languages are checked, and so are overlaps.
Yes. Orders become kitchen and bar tickets, included meals are planned per stay, and the kitchen gets a dietary brief. A point of sale charges to the booking's bill and keeps stock and supply orders.
Not yet. There is no guest booking engine, channel manager or card processing today. Staff record cash, transfer and card-terminal payments with receipts.
Your team
Yes. There are 11 roles, from front desk and guides to kitchen, housekeeping and finance, and each one is enforced on the server. Owners get a read-only view.
English, Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese, set for the whole workspace. Guest emails and reminders can be written in all three, and the standard reminders come with a draft in each for you to review before publishing. French is not available yet.

No. You can set your own tax rules and print an invoice, but it is not a fiscal document or an electronic invoice.
No. Malvavisco runs in the browser and needs an internet connection. There is no offline mode or native app yet, and no SMS or WhatsApp messaging.
Not by yourself, but we move them for you at no charge. There is no self-serve import, so our team sets up your lodge, enters your upcoming bookings with their deposits and loads your guest list from what your current system or spreadsheet exports. Past bookings stay in the old system.
